Doing 'winetricks fakeie6' before installation
gets past this problem, and shows "Internet Explorer 4.0"
in the list of browsers.

The next problem, incidentally, is a dialog saying "Cannot show video"
at the end of installation.  But that's not fatal,
the installer even starts up the app happily.
