I think Wine (9.0.13) has got a problem with writing Text to Clipboard. After
closing a program which copies text to clipboard (written in VB6 or C++), the
clipboard is completely cleared.

This affects functions like

- Clipboard.SetText (VB6)
- CopyToClipboard (C++)
- setClipboardContents
...
