I have updated my locale, as such:

ubuntu at ubuntu-laptop:~$ locale -a

Note that LC_ALL, LANG, and LANGUAGE are missing the quotes for some reason,
but they all match the Hebrew locale from "locale -a".

So, why am I still getting "Swedish vowels"? Please, teach me how to configure
this if it is not a wine bug. I don't mean to seem unappreciative, because I do
appreciate the effort, but it is frustrating.
