The second portion will install by replacing msi.dll and msi.exec with win98
versions and assuring that winecfg is set for native on these two files. 
However, the program is still useless when run because there's no menu or
action bar, just a blank workspace.  It puts two icons in the KDE task bar that
appear to be functional, but otherwise the program does not work even after
installing.  This is the same using just wine .9.45 and also under CrossOver
Office.  Note:  This program installs AND runs corrected with version 2.1d. 
Version 3.0d, the current version, does not work.
