Merely having a Hebrew encoding is not enough. It also has to be select. When
you open the "Fonts" dialog, does the "Script" pull down say "Hebrew"? If so,
do Hebrew letters appear in the "Sample" area? If the answer is affirmative to
both, please try again with latest Wine.
