This sounds like a ATI driver bug as also no nvidia users have reported this
problem. We aren't doing much emulation in our opengl driver (we directly pass
everything to libGL.so), so it is mostly likely a driver bug which wasn't hit
in previous WoW versions. Also try to use an older driver version to see if the
problem goes away then.
