output from running Sacrifice.exe under wine with WINEDEBUG='warn+all'

Running the Sacrifice game from Shiny entertainment results in an unhandled
page fault when starting the game.

Sacrifice is patched to latest rev (0678.05.21)

Running under Fedora 8:

kernel 2.6.24.3-50.fc8 (x86_64)
kmod-nvidia-169.12-4.lvn8.x86_64
