Cool, some .net 2.0 apps now start fine using current git (still need corefonts
and l_int.nls, nut no need for patching wine anymore). (Tested Paint.NET and
Friendbot that previously segdaulted) This bug is the last one that more
advanced .net 2.0 apps run into, like 3dsmax 9.0.
