I have left click issues as well. I have tried iTunes 7.3, 7.5, and newest i
believe 7.6.x. The right click left click thing works and i've been doing that
for a bit but it is really annoying to not be able to click play. I have to
right click on the song and add to party shuffle.

I also get a startup warning "the registry settings used by the itunes drivers
for importing and burning CD's and DVD's are missing..."
