I tested between 0.9.57 and 58, for the icon space disappearing from the task
tray and placing itself on the virtual desktop. But this was in error, since I
said the new problem comes up SINCE 58. I was testing post-58 GIT. Ugh.
Time to do it all over. Oh well.
