Window disapar log in 3 parts: before minimize, after and xprops after disapear

Env. info:
Fedora8
Gnome2.20
wine-0.9.59
Linux test.test.test 2.6.24.4-64.fc8 #1 SMP Sat Mar 29 09:15:49 EDT 2008 x86_64
x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Bug is present only in .59 release, previous releases worked fine (with
exceptions).

Steps to reproduce:
open PL/SQL Developer (trial can be downloaded here www.allroundautomations.nl)
you'll notice that PL/SQL Developer window isn't even on Window List
minimize it
window disappears, however process is still there

It seems that window is unmapped.

I'll attach logs with xwininfo before disappear, after disappear and xprops log
after disappear.
