On Ubuntu 7.10 (Gnome), using Ctrl+Tab to switch between a Wine application
(e.g. notepad) does not switch the focus. However, pressing the mouse button on
the content of the parent window (e.g. the menu bar in notepad) correctly sets
the focus.

Therefore, this looks like it may be a bug processing the WM_ACTIVATEAPP
message.

I can reproduce this 100% of the time on different applications.
