Found appropriate form and am still not able to complete form with wine 0.9.59.
 Log attached without any Wine debug information.  This confirms that problem
is associated with bug 6524 as it is not possible to fill in any dialog box
using native riched20.dll with EM_FONTRANGE fix.  Will reopen this issue to
track problem, as problem is not associated with EM_FONTRANGE issue.
