This problem (or something related) is worse in the latest wine.  There are now
problems with rendering in-game, whole sections of the screen are corrupted.  I
suppose it is possible I've changed a wine graphics setting since I originally
tested this (0.9.45 according to the bug), but I do not believe that I have.
