Whops, it appears it was my patch that broke it between .55 and .56.

ddraw: Fix palette handling in IDirect3DTexture_Load.
This fixes a potential refcounting problem and makes the function fail with
NULL
destination texture's palette and non-NULL source palette like it does on
native.
It looks like another of those P8 texture format games. I'll try to fix this.
