Wine 1.0-1 says the same thing (The directshow decorder features are not
installed correctly). I used yum install wine, removed the .wine directory.
Setup does not say anything about mfc42.dll any more. I did create a cd-rom
drive under winecfg. It was E: and I am using alsa. no theme and default
settings. I was using windows xp and direct3d and pixelshader support if
supported by hardware was on. I am not sure what to do. I sure hope this gets
fixed soon. I thought I read something about directshow filters being
implemented in wine in one of the wine weekly news letters. Does the latest
version of powerdvd do this?
Okay, this has nothing to do with wine, except the download, but I am sorry
about the ftp server by the way, I can't deactivate Surgeftp on my machine,
because I no longer have fedora 8 installed. I have fedora 9.
