I can also preset additional links on the command line.
elfring at Sonne:~/.wine/dosdevices> rm d\: e\: ; ln -s /windows/d d: && ln -s
/windows/E e:

The "E:" is deleted and my game DVD is assigned to "D:" again after the
application "winecfg" was started.
