Hello,

please fill out bug reports properly.
You didn't specify the download source of the app (URL), which version of the
app...

Did you use any native overrides besides winetricks dotnet20?

Make sure you installed this app in _clean_ (freshly created) WINEPREFIX.

Any other native override or "polluted" WINEPREFIX (other apps installed) will
automatically invalidate this bug report.
