It's dlls/advapi32/service.c who uses it, and since Wine installs and runs
its own services (mountmgr and spool) by default now, DCOM9x is no more
compatible with Wine. (And actually that's the reason why ies4linux and
similar wrappers installing DCOM9x are broken under Wine since some time).
