GdipResetWorldTransform + GdipCreateTexture

For me this is enough for load and start to use this program (version 3.1.2).
I've tried some menu commands, filters etc. and at this brief look it didn't
crash (but interface looks pretty ugly actually)). So more testing is
necessary.
