The problem:
The Wine-team says the problem lies in PulseAudio.
The PulseAudio-team says the problem lies in Wine.

The solution:
The 2 teams should sit together and discuss the problem. Moving the problem
from one team to the other one is the _WRONG_ way.

Wine should correct its ALSA-plugin and PA should implement hardware
acceleration (or emulation?).
