(resetting to 'invalid' - answer incomplete, although I agree with general
assessment: driver bug, not a Wine bug)

Vitaliy, your link points to "5.2. Can I use Wine on an older Mac without an
Intel chip?"

I'm not running PPC, so either you misread the bug report (unlikely)  or the
link you proposed is not the right one. I'd like the 'real' link, as I couldn't
find anything documenting this bug - I'd enjoy a workaround, if by chance it's
mentioned...
