After implementing GdipCloneImage and GdipGetLogfontA, it crashes on
GdipBitmapSetPixel, but the browser appears to be installed. The T-Online
browser.exe also references the following unimplemented Functions.

GdipCloneBitmapAreaI
GdipCreateCachedBitmap
GdipDeleteCachedBitmap
GdipDrawCachedBitmap
GdipGetClipBounds
GdipGetClipBoundsI
GdipResetClip
