Well, first of all you should fill the missing gaps in the bug report:
 - You should put the ICQ version into the bug caption
 - The severity is not "Enhancement", but "Normal"
 - also, I'd lower the priority to P3 or P4 as this bug only applies to one
application
 - run "WINEDEBUG="+all" wine ICQ6.exe" (or with +relay or +snoop), which is
much more informative and attach the debug log here again, you may need the
instructions from http://www.winehq.org/site/docs/winedev-guide/dbg-control to
do so.
