hi, this starts fine for me (using a complete fresh, new ~/.wine). Maybe you
should try to install on a complete fresh new ~/.wine

( something like 

WINEPREFIX=~/garbage wine setupvoistunt.exe

cd ~/garbage/drive_c/Program Files/VoipStunt.com/VoipStunt/

WINEPREFIX=~/garbage wine "C:\\Program
Files\\VoipStunt.com\\VoipStunt\\VoipStunt.exe" 
)
