The Microsoft ControlSpy sample test ComboboxEx results in a flicker and it
performs slow. After making a selection from the comboboxex the whole window
gets repainted.

A selection results in the following fixme:

fixme:msg:pack_message msg 14 (WM_ERASEBKGND) not supported yet
