Confirming in 1.1.2.  nVidia 8800GT  Only happens in certain systems and it
seems to always happen in those per session (flying into some systems looks
great but back into bad system and it still shows the random stuff).  I have
not kept track well enough to know if the problem happens each time in the same
systems. I don't know if this helps but I do sometimes see random textures on
warp effects as well.  Maybe cache is getting corrupt or trying to read the
wrong location.
