That is indeed the problem, but I somehow believe the real problem is that
acmDriverOpen is being called with NULL, and perhaps in combination with the
unsupported flag (_SUGGEST).

I tried changing around acmDriverOpen and acmFormatEnum a bit, and I think I
managed to get the code running a bit further, but I never managed to get
something that really worked.
