Added a bunch of ntoskrnl.exe stubs for Homeworld 2

I went on a bit of a stubbing frenzy and got rid of the unimplemented stub
crashes for the full version. It still doesn't run, but it seems to pass the
copy protection. Patch submitted to wine-patches.
