It looks like Solidworks viewer, a freely dowloadable app, suffers exactly the
same bug. It is quite interesting, as it is small and free and works out ouf
the box, so testing may be easier for developpers.

Interestingly, edrawings viewer, another free CAD file viewer from SolidWorks,
rated gold,  is not impacted and UI are quite similar. So maybe it could  be
interesting to compare +wgl logs between the two apps.
