The game won't run at all without a native d3dx9_36.dll. It crashes complaining
about "unimplemented function
d3dx9_36.dll.D3DXCreateTextureFromFileInMemoryEx". Same as with bug 13150 and
possibly bug 13605.

I was hoping to do it, but as I've been unable to reproduce the bug, I can't. I
used a fresh install to a clean wineprefix, and then added winetricks directx9.
Same result with both versions 1.0 and 1.1 of the game.
