I'd like to clarify that having the right code page means that Linux
locale must be set correctly, i.e. be japanese/chinese/korean and not
say en_US.UTF-8.

Wine bugzilla has plenty of samples how to correctly setup font links
for CJK locales, it would be great if someone would add that info to
the wiki.
