What does this fix? In the forum you said the blank file fixes your problem,
but for me, still fails. Does it fix a different problem?

It's not 'ttings' here. I see 'Proxy Settings', which seems to be what you
wanted.

Source always helps :-). A reduced down testcase would be even better.
