Darn, I had a typo and didn't catch it till after you generated the log.  I
want the crypt channel, not the crypt32 channel (which doesn't exist.)  Please
use this instead:
WINEDEBUG=+crypt wine mssign/signcode.exe -i (etc etc.) >& log.txt

and attach log.txt here.
