Hello,

well if the app is proprietary and there is no public download available you're
basically out of luck.
.NET sits on top of Wine's win32 API implementation so it could be anything ...
there are many holes.

There is no general recipe/howto when it comes to tracking down .NET bugs.
Providing +relay logs helps in some cases but in many other cases it's not
really useful due to JIT'd code.
Either wait until it gets resolved one day by chance or provide some download
location (through my email for instance).
The app will be kept confidental of course.
