Standard Options log of Sims Complete Collection under Wine 1.1.10

Note issues with following API portions:
Services, AdvAPI

All related to adjusting permission.  Likely Wine is preventing anti-debugger
routines from running.  I'm not sure if this is part of SafeDisc or a secondary
protection program.

If someone needs a full trace, speak up.
