Wow... thank you very much ByeongSik Jeon.  That was an unexpected and welcome
surprise.  What will it take to get this into Wine?

I successfully applied this patch and compiled wine 1.1.10, using freetype with
SPR enabled.  I am not however seeing any difference.  I followed the regedit
information in the patch as well:

"FontSmoothing"="2"                       ; 0=>Off, 2=>On
"FontSmoothingType"=dword:00000002        ; 1=>Standard, 2=>Cleartype
"FontSmoothingOrientation"=dword:00000001 ; 0=>BGR, 1=>RGB
"FontSmoothingGamma"=dword:00000578

Am I missing something?  Thank you again for your excellent contribution!
