try to do the following:

After starting Garena, go to Settings -> Game Settings, then under "Executable
Settings" change the "C:\Program Files\Warcraft III\war3.exe" link to
"C:\Program Files\Warcraft III\Frozen Throne.exe" then ok.. if it didn't
success, just do this step again, and you will be able to open warcraft throw
Garena.. but you will face the same 3 sec freeze..
