Could you check your native MS Windows's "FontAssoc" registry?
I think that these registry entry is not the Korean windows specific feature.

Wine does not support "FontAssoc" registry yet. We need the new patch in the
Wine.

When I set "ANSI(00)"="NO" in the native windows,
My test program #2 is the same result as the Wine result.
