I submitted patches to reduce the number of workarounds needed to reproduce
this bug. What's left is a rebase of Maartens work on top of tomorrows winehq
as well as a patch to have this directory created:

[..]/windows/system32/catroot/\{f750e6c3-38ee-11d1-85e5-00c04fc295ee\}
