Hello,

native msxml3 override is no longer needed.
The issue is still present but can be worked around by using native msxml 4.0

NOTE: You *must* use a new/clean WINEPREFIX because invalid artefacts generated
by previous install attempts (without native overrides) prevent further
proceeding, leading to this error message.

Current prerequisites for the installer: 'winetricks dotnet20 msxml4 vcrun6
vb6run'

(vcrun6 and vb6run because some COM servers won't self register without the
runtimes)
