[Bug 15419] Test Data reports should include wine stable versions (i.e. 1.0, 1.2...) and not just recent betas

It'll disappear after 2 more versions are released since at every release, we
add the new version into the AppDB automatically so users can select it the
instant the announcement is made.
I like to think that the AppDB represents the bleeding edge and I'm find with
the current behavior. A lot of bugs are fixed in beta releases which means
that some apps go from not working at all to working quite well.
Ofcourse anyone is free to get a copy of the AppDB code and propose a change by
generating a patch.
