The software is described at the bottom right corner.

The main program is called myTrack, but the problem
with the popup occurs in a helper application named
tdcCharts.ocx which actually draws the charts.

But installing dcom98 does fix it, so I'm very happy.
If you want to implement OleCreatePropertyFrame I'd
be even happier :-)
