[Bug 15419] Test Data reports should include wine stable versions (i.e. 1.0, 1.2...) and not just recent betas

But this bug is not about reporting a bug (to bugzilla), it is about reporting
test results to the App database. Users should not have to upgrade their system
to report test results to the Db.
