having the exact same problem as austin, only slowly looping
fixme:urlmon:ObtainUserAgentString (0, 0x33da67, 0x33da60): stub                
fixme:urlmon:ObtainUserAgentString (0, 0x1b78c78, 0x33da60): stub               
fixme:wininet:InternetLockRequestFile STUB   
in the console, but not installing at all.
using current git (wine-1.1.11-135-gcb08534).
