I just noticed that with Reece's commit, audio in Supreme Commander works for
me (with "Audio Hardware Acceleration: Emulation" setting). Previously (without
Reece's commit), that was stuttering a lot. Adding Maarten's patch is fine,
too. I vote for Reece+Maarten ;-).
