Yes, this is just a dupe/dependent on
http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=9787, and should be closed.
The text missing is described in that bug thread, and i can confirm it goes
away when applying the patch (so can others)

Is it publically available to mark something as dupe? Couldn't find anything to
click on, and nothing in the faq either.
