OffscreenRenderingMode was already set to fbo - setting it to backbuffer stops
normal graphics quality appearing as an option, and missing textures remain.
Virtual desktop doesn't change anything.

Oh yeah, video card is a 8800 GTS 320MB, 173.14.09 binary driver.
