There are alot of default english names inside the windows folders on the dutch
installation for example Application Data instead of Applicatie Data, there is
no dutch translation for that inside the windows folders.
The default installation program folder is "Program Files",
Only in the Start Menu there is a ` Programma's ` instead of ` All Programs ` 
So that makes the confusion I guess for you guys ;-)
So the correct ones are:

Program Files for the installation files
Local Settings -> Local Settings
Application Data -> Application Data
Start Menu -> Start Menu
Desktop -> Bureaublad --> that one was good
Favorites -> Favorieten -> correct
SentTo -> SentTo
