Yes, the problem still exist in 1.1.11.

License agreement does not allow us to do so, but I'll try to contact the
developers and see how they can help. Meanwhile, I have exchanged a couple of
emails with one wine developer, Mikołaj Zalewski. Here is what he said about
this bug:
